Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
