Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the salt and pepper, then mix in the cooked pasta.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
  • This dish is great with grilled chicken.
