  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
