3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
Add the baking soda and salt to the mixture and stir.
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, then stir until smooth.
Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
