8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 black olive, for decoration
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once firm, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and shape it into a skellington head.
Use the black olive to create eyes and a mouth. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
