Ridiculously Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cake- No Nuts, No Tofu!

A rich and creamy vegan chocolate mousse cake made without nuts or tofu, perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat almond milk and coconut cream until warm.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a cake pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure to use vegan dark chocolate.
  • Can be refrigerated for better texture.
