Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter, buttermilk, egg, food coloring, and vanilla extract, and mix until dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  5. Roll up tightly and cut into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. While baking, mix cream cheese with a little sugar for frosting.
