Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, vegetable broth, thyme, and garlic powder.
