One Pan Creamy Tomato Pasta

A delicious one pan meal featuring creamy tomato pasta with turkey bacon and fresh spinach.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then remove from the pan.
  2. In the same skillet, add pasta, diced tomatoes, and seasonings. Cook according to pasta package directions.
  3. Once pasta is cooked, add heavy cream and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
  4. Dice the turkey bacon and add it back into the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese.
  • This dish can easily be made vegetarian by omitting the turkey bacon.
