6 large eggs
1 cup diced bell peppers
1 cup chopped spinach
1 cup shredded cheese
6 whole wheat tortillas
8 ounces turkey bacon
Instructions
Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
In the same skillet, scramble the eggs and add diced bell peppers and spinach.
Once the eggs are cooked, mix in the turkey bacon and cheese.
Warm the tortillas and fill each with the egg mixture.
