Light and Healthy Broccoli Pasta

A delicious and nutritious pasta dish featuring broccoli, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and chicken ham to the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Combine pasta with the broccoli mixture, turkey bacon, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Serve warm.

  • For additional flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
