  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the crumbs into a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together sugar, egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and salt until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the baked crust.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
