Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
