- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add heavy cream and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
- Incorporate Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon to the sauce, mixing until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
