- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
