- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- Cook turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
