Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the potato wedges with the mixture.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and top with feta cheese and turkey bacon.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
