Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad with Gorgonzola & Corn

A deliciously grilled balsamic steak salad topped with gorgonzola and corn.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the flank steak in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest before slicing.
  4. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, and gorgonzola cheese.
  5. Slice the rested steak and add it to the salad.
  6. Drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar and olive oil as desired.
  7. Toss gently and serve immediately.

  • For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
