- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
