Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Cook the marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, and dill for the sauce.
  4. Assemble the bowls with rice, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and feta.
