Ingredients

  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add chicken broth and Italian seasoning, bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the gnocchi and cook until they float.
  6. Add kale and heavy cream, simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
