  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute garlic powder if fresh garlic is unavailable.
