Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Pasta (One-Pan)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.
  3. Add pasta and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is cooked.
