- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
