French Onion Funeral Potatoes

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, sour cream, melted butter, and French onion dip.
  3. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
  • Can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
