Eggs Benedict Casserole Recipe (Overnight Breakfast Casserole)

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups cubed sourdough bread
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Swiss or cheddar)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  2. Fold in the parsley, sourdough bread, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese until evenly combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate overnight to allow the bread to soak up the egg mixture.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) in the morning.
  6. Bake the casserole for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include a hollandaise sauce on top before serving.
