Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

A flavorful and easy recipe for ground beef enchiladas that will please everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat and stir in garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese, then roll and place in the baking dish seam-side down.
  6. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
