Ingredients

  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish.
