- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or your choice)
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, add shredded cheese, turkey bacon, and chicken ham on top.
