  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in the chicken pieces, garam masala, and paprika.
  5. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  7. Season with salt to taste and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
