- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Mix in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and caraway seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
