  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) or prepare your slow cooker.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the beef until browned, then add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, cooked beef mixture, cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
