  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, and eggs.
  3. Add shredded cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  4. Grease a pie dish with olive oil and pour the mixture into the dish.
