  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, spinach, eggs, and milk.
  3. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg; mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased quiche dish.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes
