- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
