- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then fold in sour cream.

- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
