Churro Cheesecake combines the rich, creamy texture of cheesecake with the delicious flavors of cinnamon sugar churros, creating a dessert that is both indulgent and satisfying.

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing until incorporated. Then, mix in the sour cream.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar for a churro-like finish.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Top with whipped cream for added indulgence.
