Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

A creamy and flavorful twist on the classic fettuccine alfredo, featuring chicken and crispy turkey bacon for added richness.

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and add chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss in cooked fettuccine and chicken. Mix well to coat.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For a lighter version, you can use half and half instead of heavy cream.
