Chicken Alfredo Monkey Bread

A deliciously unique take on traditional chicken alfredo served as a fun, pull-apart monkey bread.

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss in the chicken mixture.
  4. Layer the biscuit pieces in a greased bundt pan, alternating with cheeses.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before inverting onto a plate.
