  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Gently fold in the cherries.
  5. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
