  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken thighs and brown them on all sides.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar, cooking until caramelized.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add rice and cover, cooking until the rice is tender.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
