- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
