Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars

A delightful twist on traditional cheesecake, these caramel apple cheesecake bars combine creamy cheesecake with the sweetness of caramel and the tartness of apples, perfect for autumn indulgence.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peeled and diced apples
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and slightly golden.
  8. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
