Instructions

  1. Grill the flank steak to your preferred doneness, then let it rest before slicing.
  2. Prepare the grilled corn by charring it over medium heat until golden.
  3. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, corn, and sliced steak.
  4. Top with Gorgonzola cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently before serving.

Notes
